Welcome to my website. This is my area of the internet where I can talk about my previous work experiences, educational experiences, and just a bit about me.
I am a performance driven University of Virginia’s College at Wise graduate with a B.S. in Business Administration concentrating in Marketing, Communications, and Graphic Design. I have recently completed a Career Studies Certificate in Web Design and Development from Northern Virginia Community College. I have 3 years experience in web design, social media, project management and customer-focused marketing and communications. I am a hard working achiever recognized for strong work ethic and dependability. I am a quick learner (with the willingness to learn new skills) and consistently exceeds achievement goals. I work effectively with both a team and/or solo.
I have most recently worked freelancing as a Copy Editor and Web Designer. I have worked as a Public Affairs Coordinator for a non-profit trade association. I have also been an Office Manager at a non-profit religious organization to further my skills in the marketing world. I have experience as a Membership and Marketing Intern at a non-profit science organization. I also have experience in retail as a sales representative. I would like to break into the business world earning a career in a company using my skills in Business, Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Social Media, and Web Design.
